Bart-Jan joined InnoCore as Chief Operating Officer in February 2025 to lead pharmaceutical development projects and to lead the charge on operational excellence. With a strong background in Medical Technology Research and Product development, he has successfully led innovative projects on the intersection of med-tech and pharma and managed complex operations. His most recent position as at Polyganics (currently Regenity Biosciences) showcased his exceptional leadership and his ability to lead development projects, drive integration and operational excellence.
